Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Canada Public API. The service is returning HTTP 502 (Bad Gateway) errors, which may prevent customers from successfully accessing API functionality.

Other monitored Konica services, including Konica Canada Login, remain operational.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
