We have implemented a fix and the issue is resolved. All systems are operational at this time. We will continue to monitor. If there are no additional occurrences, the status of this incident will be moved to resolved in 30 minutes.

Investigating
Updox is experiencing a disruption in service. Users are experiencing slowness and errors when attempting to fax, send to ehr, print to updox, or upload documents. We are investigating the issue and will post updates every 30 minutes.
