On July 9th between 3:00am and 7:00am eastern time, one of the telecom service providers for the Updox data center will be performing maintenance to their service. The Updox system uses multiple service providers for redundancy. Consequently during this window all traffic will be removed from this provider and serviced by our other providers. We expect no visible impact to the Updox inbox. API calls submitted at the time of the switch over have the possibility of failing to connect. Re-submission of the API call may be necessary.
