Due to the impact of Covid-19 on our customers and the end users of our partners, Updox delayed turning off access to Updox via TLS1.0. The previous date for the service to be terminated was March 18th. Now that we have settled in the new normal, Updox is required to adhere to this security protocol to meet our compliance accreditation.

On Monday, 5/11/2020, at 7am Eastern time, Updox will turn off TLS 1.0.

Though most of your customers will not be impacted by this change, some may lose access to Updox if appropriate steps are not taken. (e.g. can’t log in, can’t print to Updox, can’t send to the EHR).
